  • Brand Development: Built the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all marketing channels. Expanding on the brand that allowed for audiences to create connections and help make long-term relationships with both clients and business partners, including the rebrand project in 2019. 

  • Graphic Design: Created original graphics for various mediums including print, web, email, social media, presentation slide decks and signage while maintaining high standards of design excellence. Directed creative team to design compelling visual content for marketing campaigns that drove successful results and enhanced brand identity.

  • Content Creation: Designed and produced content for all marketing campaigns to be utilized in multiple media platforms. Maximizing a combination of creative design and compelling copy-writing allowed me to develop content strategies that help build brand awareness and aid to the overall online presence. It was critical to establish a harmonious balance between corporate marketing initiatives and individual Loan Officer branding, that allowed to foster strong connections with both target audiences.

  • Asset Management: Oversaw the organization and management of marketing assets, ensuring all creative materials were on brand, up-to-date, easily accessible for all team members and compliant. Completed annual audits to update assets, per industry trends and creativity, while aligning with branding guidelines.

  • CRM Development & Management: Spearheaded the content creation and asset management of internal CRM, Total Expert. Managed all print and digital media, including business cards, flyers, brochures, presentation slide decks, door hangers, rack cards, interactive PDF downloads, social media, digital marketing and more. Designed and created emails for both corporate and Loan Officer needs, ensuring all messaging aligned with campaign goals and created recipient engagement and awareness. Completed database management to ensure accurate delivery and data tracking to achieve optimal results.

  • Social Media & Email Graphic Design: Developed and executed social media strategies that increased brand visibility and engagement, resulting in a substantial growth in followers and customer interactions.

  • Signage: Managed and produced all corporate, branch and loan officer signage needs. Including every location during tenure, MSA and Real Estate Offices, Loan Officer promotions, Co-Branded property signage, event signage and more.
